WHAT I DO
I have skills and experience across many aspects of game design.

I spent my first two years in the field working with Dragonbear Studios, working on their first title Innchanted. My role was a cultural consultant and designer. I worked closely with the team and Indigenous elders to ensure all Indigenous representation was done respectfully and correctly.

In 2020 I began working with GUCK as the game designer for their unannounced First Nations led project. My role is to create and iterate on the game systems, designing and planning levels and mini game designs.

Also in 2020 I worked with International Swedish game company Star Stable Entertainment of their latest project codenamed Curie. My role was in narrative where I created characters and fantasy creatures as well as providing an Australian First Nations perspective. As I continued I moved into a junior design role where I worked closely with other designers and programmers to create an aspect of a game system.

My interests in the field involve level design, systems design and environmental storytelling. I love the planning of levels, the lighting and the mood that is going to be conveyed. The fleshing out of a story with environmental level design details but also the overall movement players will take and how they experience moments in a level.

I also have skills in public speaking, and leadership. I spent some time mentoring young Indigenous girls, teaching them cultural dances and stories.
